This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver client-facing services as part of a remote site management service capability within a portfolio services center. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing virtual and remote operational support and facilities coordination services for clients' sites and operations across the APAC Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and provide vendors to clients, third parties, and internal teams.
  • Liaise, coordinate, and communicate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop a detailed knowledge and awareness of assigned sites' operating characteristics and record this information in site records management systems.
  • Respond to requests for service and assistance in relation to assigned sites.
  • Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) between clients and remote site management requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in facility management and remote site operations.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong internet skills and advanced IT abilities for remote communication.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both oral and written.
