
Sales Performance Improvement Specialist

The ideal candidate will work within a team to create and maintain long-standing relationships with clients by providing top-notch call & email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in sales and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality assessments of sales and service calls & emails
- Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions with clients
- Deliver induction and training sessions remotely and in person
- Contribute to training strategy and deliverables
- Build client rapport and identify improvement opportunities
- Recognise and act on sales opportunities
- Participate in team meetings and calibration sessions
- At least 3 years in sales/customer service roles
- 5+ years in leadership or coaching roles
- Experience assessing inbound & outbound calls and emails
- SME business environment experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Adaptable coaching approach to empower diverse learning styles
- Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
- Strong commitment to integrity in all client interactions and feedback processes
- Customer-centric work ethic focused on delivering value and satisfaction
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Excellent time management skills
