Senior Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a key member of our healthcare staffing team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and qualifying top nursing talent for various assignments. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can source nurses for hospitals, clinics, and ambulatory care settings.
You will be responsible for screening candidates based on specialty and client-specific criteria, managing multiple requisitions while maintaining quality standards, and utilizing ATS platforms for Boolean searches, pipeline tracking, and engagement.
Furthermore, you will submit qualified candidates with complete documentation, stay updated on licensing and credentialing requirements, and adjust sourcing strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your skills in sourcing for healthcare roles, preferably travel nursing or acute care, and utilize your expertise in Vendor Management Systems and ATS platforms.
- 1–2 years of experience in sourcing for healthcare roles
- Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions and meet deadlines
- Fluent in written and spoken English
