Job Title: Creative Project Manager

As a key member of our team, you will coordinate and execute strategies to elevate clients' online presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes effective communication, and is skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to translate client needs into actionable tasks, and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and lead calls with clients to understand and document project requirements
  • Manage and organize project files in Google Drive and Dropbox, ensuring all client documents are accessible and up-to-date
  • Create and manage Asana tickets based on client requirements, providing clear, actionable tasks for the design team
  • Partner with designers and clients to facilitate smooth project workflows from initiation to completion
  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the highest quality standards
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Creative Project Specialist : Extensive experience working with creative teams, particularly designers, in a project management capacity
  • Organized Communicator : Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly translate client needs into detailed tasks
  • Proficient in Tools : Skilled in using Asana, Google Drive, Dropbox, and other project management platforms
  • Client-Centric Professional : Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing client expectations and relationships
  • Multi-Project Manager : Comfortable managing multiple client projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of detail and consistency
