About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving awareness, demand, and customer loyalty through strategic leadership and hands-on execution. This role combines business acumen with creativity, ensuring that campaigns, messaging, and brand presence contribute directly to business success.

As the marketing lead, you will shape the brand's positioning while aligning closely with business development and product teams. You will have a unique chance to join a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you will design and execute a growth roadmap aligned to business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a growth strategy that drives business results.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile marketing team.
  • Owning brand positioning and messaging to differentiate in the market.
  • Scaled inbound and outbound acquisition via digital channels.
  • Pipeline alignment with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Custome advocacy through case studies, communities, and advocacy programs.
  • Data-driven decision making through KPI tracking and ROI analysis.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.

Preferred:

  • Background in analytics or data-focused industries.
  • Knowledge of the Australian market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
