Job Overview

We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing Accounts Receivables and Payables.

You will prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports, input applicable data into the company system, and provide timely feedback to customers about their billing and payment concerns.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy and experience in processing A/P, A/R, and general accounting. They should also possess excellent verbal and communication skills, be productive and a good team member, and able to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closely monitor and oversee Accounts Receivables and Payables.
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.
  • Input applicable data into the company system.
  • Provide timely feedback to customers about their billing and payment concerns.
  • Prepare necessary account reconciliations.
  • Update and maintain the accounting database with data entry and reports.
  • Check and monitor the Billing Statement and Statement of Account.
  • Make necessary accounting entries and adjustments for accruals/revenue.
  • Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Maintain financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
  • Prepare requirements for bank deposits, electronic transfers, general ledger postings, and statements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or College Degree in Accountancy.
  • Experience in processing A/P, A/R, background in general accounting, and preparation and analysis of financial statements.
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Good knowledge of Cost Accounting.
  • Able to work under pressure, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Productive and a good team member.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Confident, self-driven, and a team player.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
