Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

  • Data Analysis: Extract, transform, and load data from HR systems (HRIS, ATS) for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Dashboard Development: Design and implement user-friendly dashboards to present key metrics and trends to stakeholders.
  • Reporting Support: Develop and maintain recurring reports on employee metrics, including headcount, attrition, tenure, and compensation.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and quality of insights.
  • Documentation: Maintain documentation of data processing logic and steps taken to ensure reproducibility and transparency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive employee information.
