Job Title:

Technical Solution Architect

Overview

The Technical Solution Architect role is a high-level position that requires expertise in providing technical guidance to ensure the delivery of quality solutions that meet client requirements.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring that the proposed solution meets the clients' needs and can provide the necessary deliverables. They will work closely with the Solution Design Team to agree on deliverables and influence change in the response based on evidence.

The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to read technical content, manage client interactions, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

In addition, they should have the ability to provide technical guidance to quality assurance processes and possess presentable, confident, proactive, and articulate qualities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to read technical content such as network diagrams (HLD/LLD)
  • Strong document-writing skills
  • Ability to provide technical guidance to quality assurance processes
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software
