
Claims Processor with Legal Expertise

As a case manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients and their law firms. You'll manage incoming applications, review legal documentation, communicate with attorneys, and guide clients through each step of the funding process.
- Oversee a pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications.
- Communicate with clients, attorneys, and medical providers to collect case details and documentation.
- Provide compassionate and efficient guidance to applicants throughout the funding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement documents.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of law firm submissions.
- Maintain CRM accuracy with timely updates on case statuses.
- Monitor progress of applications and prioritize high-urgency cases effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Time management skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in US legal or insurance sectors.
- CRM and legal tracking tool knowledge.
- Spanish-speaking skills (optional).
