The role of Transaction Coordinator is pivotal in the real estate operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to act as a central hub for client-agent communications, document processing, and marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for buyer and seller inquiries via phone or email.
  • Maintain and update transaction tracking systems throughout the property sales cycle.
  • Draft, format, and proofread contracts, listing agreements, and other real estate documents.
  • Ensure all transactions are compliant with relevant laws and industry regulations.
  • Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, and digital ads to promote listings.
  • Manage and update online property listings and social media channels.
  • Support coordination of virtual tours, open houses, and digital promotional campaigns.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three years of experience supporting US and UK Real Estate Markets.
  • At least one year of Real Estate Cold Calling experience (AU/NZ market preferred).
  • Proficient in CRM & transaction tools such as Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • C1-level English fluency (both written and verbal).
