Job Title: Strategic Solutions Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Solutions Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT solution delivery with at least 5 years in managerial role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in managing large project portfolios and multiple medium to large-scale projects running in parallel.
  • Solid experience of managing delivery resources from multiple teams, onshore and offshore, in-house and vendor.
  • Strong solution delivery management skills and experience, and a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining systems.
  • Strong people management, resources management and vendor management skills.
