We are seeking a seasoned Product Analyst to join our global retail deployment program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams for retail initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Lead business analysis to support solution design, encompassing interviews, process mapping, and comprehensive documentation.
  • Manage retail projects within global deployment programs, overseeing infrastructure setup and system rollouts.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute retail system rollouts, including infrastructure configuration and cutover activities.
  • Drive gap analysis, requirements gathering, and design tracking, maintaining thorough project records.
  • Cultivate efficient resolution processes, including issue management and escalations with technical teams.
  • Promote alignment across teams to resolve SAP/POS/GK integration issues and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, dashboards, and SLA reporting, providing stakeholders with timely updates.
  • Provide mentorship and support retail solutions, facilitating escalations with technical teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Familiarity with SAP UI5/Fiori, GK POS setup/troubleshooting, Sovia inventory tools.
  • Experience in infrastructure coordination, EFT terminal deployment, and IT service management.
  • Skilled in business analysis (use cases, process flows, user stories) and incident management.
  • Familiarity with cutover, hypercare, and ability to investigate OSS notes.
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
