Fully Remote Legal Talent Sourcer/Recruiter

We are currently looking for an experienced individual to assist our founder in placing attorneys within top-tier law firms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, has a knack for phone-based outreach, and desires to work closely with our leader as their trusted partner.

This position requires strong research skills, the ability to build rapport quickly, and a passion for understanding the ever-evolving needs of law firms. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable navigating complex attorney placement scenarios.
