- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via online chat, email, and phone calls, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Clarify customer needs, determine the root cause of issues, and select the best solution, ensuring seamless resolution.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure compliance and adherence to company standards.
- At least one year of experience in customer support, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
