We are seeking a highly experienced leader to oversee our web, quality assurance, and design teams. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality digital projects on time and within expectations.

The successful Digital Operations Manager will be responsible for building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching their team to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Work closely with leadership to balance workloads, improve workflows, and keep quality high while meeting client expectations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, and Clockify.
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools like Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and SEMRush.
