We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) professional to provide support for the smooth operation of our projects.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of project resources, timelines, and budgets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support for ongoing project management
  • User access management and implementation of category tree/spend taxonomy updates
  • Overseeing central upload and validation of spend data
  • Coordinating and following up on management information (MI) data requests
  • Maintaining and updating SharePoint sites and landing pages
  • Managing team calendars and coordinating schedules

This is a contract position with a work-from-home set-up.

Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or related field
  • Digital Proficiency: Strong digital acumen with experience in tools like SharePoint, Excel, and data management platforms
  • Professional Experience: 2-3 years of relevant work experience
