Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cebu for a Project Technician. The Project Technician will be responsible for supporting project implementations, including the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems. Daily tasks include working closely with project managers and clients to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions, providing technical support, managing project timelines, and maintaining documentation. The technician will also handle hardware and software installations and ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.

Qualifications

  • Technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • With professional driver's license
  • Experience with system setup, maintenance, and hardware/software installations
  • Project management and documentation skills
  • Strong communication and client interaction abilities
