    • Create a structured communication system within project management platforms for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
  • Subcontractor Collaboration System:
    • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
  • Dashboard Development:
    • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, key performance indicators, and other vital information.
    • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
  • Team Onboarding and Training:
    • Provide training sessions for team members to ensure successful platform adoption.
  • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
    • Continuously monitor project management usage within the organization.
    • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in project management and workflow optimization.
    • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and training abilities.
