Tailor frozen processed food offerings to meet client needs and collaborate on promotional activities, pricing strategies, and product placement.
- The ideal candidate will drive sales, market penetration, and identify new business opportunities within the retail sector. Act as the main point of contact for supermarket chains and regional retailers, monitoring product performance and making recommendations based on trends and consumer preferences.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and contracts with supermarket clients, ensuring proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels in stores.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to product development teams. Track KPIs such as sales volume, revenue growth, and account retention.
- Maintain store displays and handle other tasks assigned by immediate head.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or related field.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of frozen processed food products and the HRI market.
- Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel for client visits as needed.
