- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand our network and achieve business objectives.
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant banking experience, preferably serving commercial clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Proven track record in business development, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
- Solid credit management foundation and financial modeling skills, with exceptional judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
