- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial data and analysis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and support business operations.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably with experience in a large accounting firm.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, Intacct) preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
