We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, enabling teams through technology, and continuously improving the way we work.

About the Role

This role plays a key part in optimizing internal tools, automations, and workflows to drive business growth and operational excellence.

  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot to support scalable operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.

  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong facilitation and collaboration skills, as well as experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and maintaining efficient workflows, processes, and tools that drive business value.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
