The job includes:

  1. Prepare merchandise selections in the scheduled buying process, ensuring thorough documentation of approved and disapproved items.
  2. Manage stock levels actively to prevent stock-outs, tracking deliveries, monitoring weeks of supply per store, and coordinating reorders and inter-branch transfers.
  3. Facilitate sales and stock plans for each store, ensuring the right assortment mix based on local customer preferences, store size, and location.
  4. Complete backend activities, including issuing POs, creating SKU numbers, encoding discounts in Promosys, and processing stock entry/exit.
  5. Conduct customer feedback sessions to gather reactions to merchandise and assess product quality through interactions with customers or selling department managers.
  6. Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing while collaborating with product development teams to enhance offerings.
  7. Prepare and present comprehensive reports and strategies to top management, adjusting plans based on sales performance and market analysis.

The job seeks:


• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in merchandising or product management, preferably in fashion or retail.


• Proficiency in merchandising software and tools, along with Microsoft Excel.


• Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
