At Open Look Business Solutions Inc, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to support our sales team in delivering exceptional service to our advertising clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including preparing sales materials, presentations and proposals, ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and meet specifications.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth ad placements and campaign execution.
  • Maintain and update the client database, sales records, and contact lists, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) proficiency.
  • Prepare and manage insertion orders, contracts, and billing documents, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Respond to client inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and address any issues or concerns, utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to deliver high-quality work, exceeding client expectations.
  • Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence, in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Set appointments with clients and prospects, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Compose sales and marketing letters and emails that resonate with clients and prospects.
  • Monitor and respond to social media to maintain a strong online presence.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in CRM tools being a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and advertising.
