Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Building Systems Integration Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of clients and partners with our cutting-edge fault detection and diagnostics product.
  • This involves collaborating on onboarding projects, communicating timelines and milestones to deliver high-quality analytics in a timely manner.
  • Additionally, the specialist will conduct onboarding activities such as installing Data Collection Services, discovering data, and organizing for Building Engineers.
  • The specialist will also assist in troubleshooting Diagnostics to perform automated fault detection on customers' HVAC equipment.
  • A key responsibility will be to review findings and validate results reported by software.
  • The specialist will train and engage customer and partner users specific to Data Transfer Service, data connectivity, and related networking issues.
  • Ongoing support of connected sites is also essential.
About the Role
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Effective communication with customers and partners is crucial.
  • A degree in mechanical engineering or 5-6 years of experience in a related field is required.
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics is necessary.
  • Knowledge of BAS protocols such as BACnet, Haystack, oBIX, and Modbus is essential.
  • Familiarity with BAS networking principles is also required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Ideal candidates will have exposure to automated ongoing commissioning, fault detection and diagnostics, performance measurement and verification.
  • Ideal candidates will also have experience with metadata applications such as use of tags and standards.
