About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated leader to manage a team of customer support engineers. This role requires strong technical skills and experience in distributed systems, Hadoop, cloud technologies, security, DBMSs, and navigating complex Java codebases.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of 10-12 customer support engineers, monitor and improve Support quality and SLA adherence, coach and develop individualized career plans, and ensure successful execution of the customer support journey for customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
