We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our virtual marketing engine. This role involves driving end-to-end campaigns that truly make a difference in the lives of students.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our mission.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, content writers, and SEO agencies.
  • Oversee paid advertising efforts on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  • Run segmented email campaigns and direct mail through HubSpot.
  • Design and implement workflows for lead nurturing and sales automation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as visitor traffic, lead generation, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
  • Conduct ongoing testing across creatives, offers, and landing pages to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximum impact.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing management, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (marketing and sales automation).
  • Proven track record of managing external vendors and freelancers.
  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, and email marketing principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and drive decisions based on key performance indicators.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated individual who thrives in fast-paced environments.
