Job Title: Hospitality Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and energetic team member to join our hospitality team in the kitchen and dining areas.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food orders according to our menu offerings and maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and stock area.
  • Ensure quality, account for incoming and outgoing stock, and maintain the completeness, FIFO, and good condition of all products.
  • Log all wastages, spoilages, and expired products and ensure that all are accounted for versus the theoretical count in our Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Conduct proper counting and inventory of station tools and materials, raw materials, and items.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking guest orders, communicating with the kitchen staff, and delivering food/drinks within our service standards.
  • Check availability of discounts or privilege cards and process billing accurately.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least a high school graduate with at least 6 months of working experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Experience in fast food chains is an advantage.
  • Exemplary guest service and team player attitude.
  • Fun, quirky, and witty personality.
  • Willingness to be assigned at one of our locations.
