Bookkeeper Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop and be proficient in managing accounts, invoices, and financial transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all accounting functions, including reconciliations, invoicing, and transaction categorization.
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue accounts.
  • Provide administrative support, such as answering calls and sending quotes.
  • Handle standard bill payments and ensure timely processing.
  • Offer occasional support for order processing or product research as needed.

Requirements:

  • QuickBooks Desktop Expertise: Minimum of 3+ years.
  • Highly Organized: Ability to work methodically without jumping between tasks.
  • Professional Communication: Friendly yet professional manner, with clear English.
  • Administrative Skills: Capable of standard office work and basic customer service.
