Job Title:

Management and Coordination Specialist


The job holder will be responsible for the successful coordination and monitoring of Seda Supply Development Programmes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate programme delivery management work plans effectively.
  2. Monitor performance against targets to ensure the impact of the programme across provinces, sectors, and small enterprises.
  3. Maintain stakeholder partnerships at an operational level for programme development and implementation.
  4. Compile operational activity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Matriculation (NQF Level 4) and a National Diploma in Business Management/Economics/Programme Management.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business (NQF Level 7).

Desirable Work Experience:
  • 4 - 6 years' experience in Programme/Project Operations Management.
  • Business analysis or project management experience.
  • Experience in managing export development interventions.
  • Implementing programmes across geographical locations.
  • Knowledge of legislation impacting the Small Medium and Micro Enterprise sector.
