Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Professional to join our team. As a Senior Brand Associate, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify key market insights, trends, and opportunities for growth, and develop strategic marketing plans to capitalize on these findings. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Business Development, and Data Science Engineering, to ensure alignment on customer strategies and goals.

You will also be responsible for defining and positioning our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments, developing and executing tailored marketing campaigns to engage and drive value for each target segment, and collaborating with UX/Product teams to improve digital touchpoints and enhance customer satisfaction.

In addition, you will track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement, and leverage our ecosystem to conceptualize and support initiatives catered to distribution channels and key accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
  • Understanding of fintech industry trends, products, and regulations.
