The Junior Brand Associate supports the Marketing Manager, Assist Brand Manager/Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies to enhance and maintain the company's brand identity. The Junior Brand Associate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure the consistent brand messaging and effective implementation of marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Brand Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies and marketing plans.

  • Campaign Execution: Help coordinate and implement brand campaigns across various channels.

  • Marketing Research: Conduct research or work with external agencies to support brand planning and identify market trends and consumer insights.

  • Project Coordination: Manage and track brand projects, ensuring timely and effective execution.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to align brand activities and messaging. Communicate brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels. Support the Brand Manager in building and maintaining relationships with external partners, agencies, and stakeholders.
