
Brand Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Professional to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will contribute to the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies tailored to specific consumer segments.
Key Responsibilities- You will drive market insights and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic marketing plans.
- You will define and position our fintech products and solutions for specific customer segments, developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to engage and drive value.
- You will be the customer strategy champion, advocating for customer-centric approaches and ensuring alignment among cross-functional teams.
- You will enhance the customer journey, user experience, and process improvements by leveraging your insights and collaborating with UX/Product teams.
- You will facilitate strategic discussions and align core programs and initiatives to drive segment growth, promoting seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- You will measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness through data analytics and tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
- You will conceptualize and support initiatives catered to distribution channels and key accounts, identifying co-marketing opportunities to drive further growth within target segments.
- You will monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, staying updated on industry developments to ensure our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation.
- You will take charge of segment-specific profit and loss management, devising innovative pricing strategies that drive revenue growth while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Brand, Growth, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on segment marketing, product marketing, or brand management.
- Experience in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, Media Strategy and Management is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data using advanced tools into actionable insights and decisions.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful integrated marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation, targeting, and positioning, with a focus on creating personalized experiences for customers.
- Understanding of fintech industry trends, products, and regulation.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
