Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished property sales expert to manage the entire sales process from lead generation to successful transaction execution. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties while ensuring a seamless transaction experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transactions: Draft offers, collaborate with Multiple Listing Services (MLS), and negotiate contracts.
  • Marketing: Utilize digital marketing tools such as Constant Contact and Canva to promote properties effectively.
  • Transaction Management: Organize and manage transactions using Google Sheets for enhanced efficiency.
  • Clinical Relationship Management (CRM): Review data entry and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, and targeted digital marketing efforts.
  • Client Support: Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough property tours, market analyses, and client consultations to provide valuable insights.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate offers, draft contracts, and oversee the closing process to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to real estate laws, contracts, and transaction procedures.
Requirements:
  • A valid real estate license (Broker or Agent).
  • Proven experience in real estate sales and transaction management, demonstrating expertise and skill.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks online for effective financial management.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
