A Paralegal Role in Eviction Cases

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, or eviction processing.

Job Description:
  • Prepare legal documents including Notices, Summons & Complaints, Declarations and exhibits, Motions for default, writs of restitution, stipulations.
  • Manage legal timelines and workflows using our in-house case management system.
  • Coordinate process service with third-party providers.
  • File cases electronically (or by mail, where required) with courts across WA.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and filing legal documents, managing timelines and workflows, and coordinating process service. You will also be working closely with our attorney to ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Have Qualifications
  • Legal or paralegal education (JD or LLB degree preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in litigation support, paralegal work, or eviction processing.
  • Excellent written English (legal writing and email communication).
