Job Overview

The Regulatory Compliance Unit Head is a critical role that oversees the Bank's compliance program, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and assessing regulatory risks to minimize exposure
  • Providing guidance to Business/Support Units on new and amended regulations
  • Reporting compliance issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Managing regulatory review processes and monitoring sales activities to prevent non-compliance
  • Overseeing personal trading activities of senior officers and implementing the Bank's Personal Trading Policy

For this position, we require a Bachelor's degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Regulatory Compliance from a reputable bank or financial institution. Willingness to work on-site in Makati/Ortigas is required.

This is a full-time Director-level position within the Management function, operating within the Financial Services and Banking industry.
