Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for this luxury wellness retreat project.
  • Generate high-quality leads from international markets through online marketing campaigns to drive sales of off-plan villas.
  • Establish and grow a strong social media presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create a monthly content calendar and transform raw video and photo content into optimized Reels, stories, and posts.
  • Set up and run paid campaigns specifically targeting potential investors and villa buyers.
Qualifications">

Our ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably with a background in off-plan villa sales, resorts, or luxury properties.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategy, including social media, ads, funnels, and websites.
  • Familiarity with key marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, scheduling apps, and website builders (WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
