Job Title: Data Analyst - Marketing Reporting

As a detail-oriented data analyst, you will play a crucial role in producing weekly and monthly client reports. Your focus will be on consolidating performance metrics from various platforms and transforming the data into client-ready reports that tell a meaningful story.

About the Position:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality client-facing reports showcasing campaign performance across major platforms.
  • Consolidate and analyze data from Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify, and HubSpot to inform client decisions.
  • Present complex data insights in a clear, digestible format enabling clients to understand campaign results at a glance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Reporting Specialist: Create and maintain standardized reporting templates for efficient and consistent reporting.
  • Platform Data Consolidator: Gather and consolidate campaign data from multiple sources.
  • Insights Communicator: Present performance metrics in a clear and concise manner.
  • Data Accuracy Champion: Verify all reports for accuracy and consistency before submission.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing data reporting or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in pulling performance data from key marketing platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure clean, professional reports.
  • Able to present data clearly to stakeholders for client-facing delivery.
  • Skilled in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for manual report building; familiarity with Google Data Studio is a plus.
