Senior Business Analyst Job Overview

This role focuses on supporting the delivery of major enhancements to IT operations products, including MAS and BoardLib.

The ideal candidate will have experience in business analysis, with a strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities
  • Business Requirement Elicitation: Conduct requirements elicitation workshops and present findings to stakeholders. Analyze and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with the product owner to refine and prioritize the product backlog. Engage with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to align requirements and solutions.
  • Communication: Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations. Ensure clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, clients, and development teams.
  • Quality Assurance: Track and manage bug fixes and issue resolutions. Define acceptance criteria and ensure product delivery meets expectations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and documenting business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories, and documentation.
