Product Analyst Role

This position focuses on analyzing digital product usage and defining key metrics to support data-driven decision making and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your work will influence product roadmap prioritization, feature adoption, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uncover patterns and opportunities in user behavior across the product.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses on new feature adoption and A/B test results.
Data Modeling & Instrumentation
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to define tracking requirements and ensure accurate data collection through analytics tools.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies with teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings clearly.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
  • Work closely with product teams to embed insights into roadmap and feature decisions.
Strategic Decision Support
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
  • Help prioritize product opportunities based on quantitative impact and user need.
Qualifications:Required Skills:
  • 2+ years in a product analytics or similar data role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools.
  • Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Segment.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing design and interpretation.
  • Exposure to event-based tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments and partnering with cross-functional teams.
