Product Analyst Position

We are seeking an experienced product analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of digital product usage and the ability to define key metrics and work with various tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify patterns, friction points, and opportunities in user behavior across the product.
  • Define, track, and report on key product metrics such as activation, retention, and engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on new feature adoption, A/B test results, and product experiments.
Collaboration and Data Analysis
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to define and validate tracking requirements.
  • Ensure accurate data collection through various tools like Segment, Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
  • Monitor data quality and resolve inconsistencies with teams.
Insight-Driven Decision Making
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Create dashboards and self-serve tools to enable data access across teams.
  • Support product strategy with market benchmarking, customer segmentation, and cohort analyses.
Requirements:
2+ years in a product analytics, business intelligence, or similar data role.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, JavaScript, and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Pendo, Amplitude).
Understanding of user lifecycle metrics and product analytics concepts.
Strong communication skills – able to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
