We are seeking a highly organized and proactive e-commerce professional to support our marketing efforts, with strong emphasis on product management, campaign execution, and digital content creation.


The ideal candidate is experienced in both technical e-commerce support and marketing operations, can manage shifting priorities, and communicates effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Job Overview:

This role involves building, editing, and scheduling weekly newsletters using email tools. You will be comfortable working with design templates and adapting them for custom graphics. Ensuring campaigns meet deadlines and brand consistency is also a key responsibility.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and schedule weekly newsletters using email tools.
  • Work with design templates and adapt them for custom graphics.
  • Ensure campaigns meet deadlines and maintain brand consistency.
  • Track metrics and provide feedback for ongoing optimization.
  • Manage new products with multiple variants (color options, sizes).
  • Write and edit SEO-optimized product descriptions and titles.
  • Maintain page formatting and consistency across products.
  • Support collection cleanup, blog post edits, and basic merchandising updates.
  • Edit product and marketing images.
  • Repurpose assets into custom email graphics or product visuals.
  • Provide consistent status updates and communicate regularly via team collaboration tools.

Requirements:
  • Experience building and scheduling email newsletters using email tools.
  • Strong experience with product management, including uploading products, creating product pages, and writing/editing SEO-optimized descriptions.
  • Familiarity with managing multiple product variations and keeping formatting consistent.
  • Experience using project management tools to manage day-to-day tasks.
  • Prior e-commerce or consumer goods experience.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to regularly report on progress.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Figma.
