Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our finance department, ensuring optimal performance in all key areas.
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and finalization of both statutory and internal reports.
  • Manage adherence to regulatory requirements from bodies such as the BIR, SEC, LGU, and PEZA.

We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can work closely with internal teams to align purchase orders with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, including experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.

Minimum qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in accountancy.
  • Certified public accountant (CPA) certification.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is an asset.

Responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the finance department, managing the monthly financial closing process, and ensuring adherence to regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
