Chief Director Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, expansion, and success across all sectors.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution, productivity, and profitability throughout the organization.
  • Develop and execute effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies to enhance revenue, customer engagement, and market presence.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and innovations to fuel growth and competitiveness.
  • Lead and mentor senior leaders, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Set clear objectives, metrics, and benchmarks for departments and business units, tracking progress and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular business updates, strategic plans, and financial reports to key stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational excellence, compliance, risk management, and crisis resolution across the organization.
  • Represent the company externally, building strategic relationships and promoting the brand with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation and solutions-oriented thinking to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related fields; an MBA or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a CEO, COO, or similar executive role.
  • Proven track record of managing diverse businesses, preferably in retail, consumer electronics, F&B, or leisure sectors.
  • Strong expertise in business development, sales strategy, and multi-location operations.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and organizational development capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, adaptable, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Taguig.
