Lead Creative Project Coordinator

We're seeking a seasoned Creative Project Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality, visually stunning work on time and within budget.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a key contributor in managing multiple creative projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and coordinating with cross-functional teams, including editors, designers, copywriters, and brand strategists
  • Developing and maintaining production timelines, resource allocation plans, and quality control checklists
  • Collaborating with clients to ensure alignment with project objectives and deliverables

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools like Asana or Basecamp is highly desirable.

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management
  • Familiarity with post-production workflows, platform specs (Amazon, Meta, TikTok), and campaign logic
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other industry-standard software
  • Able to provide clear and constructive visual feedback
  • Comfortable working 8 AM – 5 PM Pacific Time with a remote team
