About the Position

The primary role of an Account Coordinator is to provide crucial support in the execution and delivery of creative outputs across various production solutions. This involves ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and on-brief work completion from project initiation through completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop effective execution approaches and production scopes for creative projects.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth processes, efficient execution, and high-quality output.
  • Oversee day-to-day project administration including purchase orders, trafficking, and tracking deliverables.
  • Support the team in identifying and implementing new execution options that maximize efficiency and value for clients.
  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Stay informed on the latest advertising technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior internship or experience in advertising, marketing, or production coordination is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
