Career Opportunity: Data Collection and Analysis Specialist

The role of a Data Collection and Analysis Specialist involves providing key data collection, rendering administrative support, and assisting in the implementation of marketing and sales strategies. This position requires collaboration with the marketing and sales team and direct reporting to the Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively record data from leads generated, wins and losses for informed decision making
  • Manage, maintain, and track the marketing and sales databases, perform list building and data entry tasks, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
  • Assist in aligning marketing and sales data with CRM data for seamless operations
  • Provide basic data analysis from gathered data to inform business decisions
  • Prepare comprehensive marketing and sales reports based on gathered data
  • Conduct research tasks as specified and organize research output for presentation
  • Assist in defining and continuously improving data recording processes, procedures, guidelines, trackers, and tools
  • Support the preparation of marketing materials when required
  • Offer administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
  • Facilitate coordination among marketing and sales managers and representatives globally
  • Perform other sales and marketing-related tasks as specified

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Effective time management and multitasking skills
  • Meticulous, organized, and methodical approach to work
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Persistent, resourceful, and proactive attitude
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in business correspondence
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
