We are currently looking for a highly skilled financial administrator to support our organization.

Job Overview:
  • This position involves managing the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice and payment processing, general ledger coding, vendor maintenance, and record-keeping.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with various departments by effectively resolving billing and payment issues in a timely manner.
  • The selected individual will also be responsible for processing corporate credit cards in accordance with established policies and controls.
  • In addition, they will assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, as well as prepare reports as needed.
  • Another key aspect of this role is reviewing and auditing credit card statements to ensure accuracy and suggesting improvements to increase efficiency and cost reductions.
  • The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between business units to guarantee that sales commissions are processed promptly.
  • Finally, they will provide support for ad-hoc projects and analysis, focusing on marketing research and competitive intelligence.

A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping, particularly with QuickBooks.
