Job Description:

This role is responsible for managing the contract workflow process to ensure timely and accurate completion of agreements, supporting various sales operations functions.

  1. Manage the contract workflow process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of agreements, with compliance with the Company's Approval Matrix.
  2. Review documents and collaborate with internal partners to gather necessary information and approvals for sales contracts such as Master Service Agreements and Service Order Agreements.
  3. Assist with editing documents per stakeholders' requests.

The selected candidate will provide regular reports and status updates to the team and other collaborators on contract requests.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Legal Management, Management, or related fields.

Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are required. Detail-oriented, proactive learner, tech-savvy, and innovative thinker.

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
