Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

ANTA PH is creating a Key Account Department to address wholesalers, franchisors and consignment stores nationwide with all brands. The position target is to manage all non-direct sales business including Wholesale, Franchise and Consignment Stores to create policy, standard and process to build solid relationships with external business partners to increase sales.

Key Performance Indicators
  • Maintain current Key Account partners and develop new Key Account partners;
  • Create and optimize Key Account related policies, standards and processes;
  • Draft Key Account Plan based on company strategic plan and execute it strictly;
  • Achieve Key Account yearly sales target.
Responsibilities
  1. Core Responsibilities: Regularly review Key Account pools, evaluate current Key Account performance over a period of time (monthly, quarterly and yearly); Draft monthly sales report for Key Account, performing necessary analysis and report to Country GM; Assist Key Account partners who intend to join ANTA business with market and business plan; Responsible for Key Account contract drafting, negotiations, signing and audit; Track Key Account prospects, maintain Key Account resources, develop potential quality business partners and close deals;
  2. Interpersonal Skills: Regularly coordinate with Key Account partners, maintain good relationships.
  3. Others: Other works that may be assigned by direct supervisor from time to time.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor or above degree major in business management related course;
  2. At least 3 to 5 years working experience with similar role;
  3. Professional in Key Account Management;
  4. Willing to travel around the country and abroad;
  5. Good computer skill in presentation and data management/analysis;
  6. Open mind, teamwork, responsible, able to work under pressure;
  7. Preferred sport lover.
